Schedule a Session

Hi, thanks for checking out the services I have to offer! My name is Summer Contreras-Lemmon, and I am a Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist (CMPSS) through the California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA, pronounced "Cal-MESA"). CalMHSA requires me to renew my peer certification every 2 years and take 20 hours of continuing education (CE). In addition to my certification through CalMHSA, I have obtained peer support certification in Arizona through RI International. (You can see my certificates below.)

As a peer support specialist, I offer virtual 1-on-1 peer support in a warm, nonjudgmental, caring environment. Note that all peer support sessions are not therapy or a replacement for therapy; they're also not meant to be used for crisis support. Please check out my What Is Peer Support? and FAQs sections of my website before booking a session with me. Also please check out my Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. I am looking forward to supporting you!

CalMHSA Peer Support Certification
RI International (Arizona) Peer Support Certification
Welcome Session
(30 minutes)

Price: $30

Best for: First-time clients

The Welcome Session is a great way to connect for the first time and see whether peer support with me is the right fit for you.

This session is a space where we can:

  • Get to know each other from a peer-to-peer perspective

  • Talk about what you’re hoping to get out of peer support

  • Review boundaries and expectations

  • Discuss how peer support differs from therapy

  • Explore how peer support may complement your recovery journey

During a Welcome Session, our time together is focused on understanding your experience, answering questions about peer support, and exploring whether this kind of support feels like a good fit, rather than on treatment planning or exposure work.

There is no pressure for you to continue with me after a Welcome Session.

Check-In
(20 minutes)

Price: $20

Best for: Returning clients

This is a great option if you want a brief check-in with me without a full session. It also may be a great fit if you want peer support but find that you can't afford the cost of a longer session at this time.

This check-in is meant to offer brief, supportive connection and reflection, not in-depth emotional processing, treatment planning, or clinical guidance.

This session is a space where we can:

  • Reflect on how things have been going since we last connected

  • Share and normalize experiences related to OCD and recovery

  • Reflect on patterns, challenges, or small wins

  • Discuss how I can best support you right now

These sessions are intended to help you stay connected, grounded, and supported between longer sessions.

1-on-1 Session
(50 minutes)

Price: $50

Best for: In-depth peer support conversations

In this session, I offer 50-minute, 1-on-1 peer support in a warm, nonjudgmental, caring environment. I am very happy to provide empathetic listening and support you wherever you are in your recovery journey.

This session is focused on understanding your lived experience, offering peer-based reflection and support, and creating space for you to be heard and understood, not a space for treatment planning, clinical guidance, or exposure work.

This session is a space where we can:

  • Talk through current struggles related to OCD or recovery

  • Share peer perspectives and reflections based on lived experience   Explore how you’re being affected by symptoms, treatment, or life        stressors

  • Discuss how you are being impacted by exposure and response prevention (ERP)

1-on-1 Sessions can stand alone or be part of ongoing peer support.
